Lecture 6
Supporting each other on behaviour & results

Main features

A lever enables people to use muscle power smartly and distribute it in such a way that much more can be lifted and moved than with hands alone.

Colleagues have the same effect on each other: with the right collegiate conversations, they can create more success in their efforts.

To do this, they need leverage points that describe observable behavioural components of their work as resilient successful work behaviour.

If those behavioural components are properly articulated, characteristics and tips for development can have more impact on colleagues who are talking to each other.

Individual performance and joint performance thus become more transparent, give more chance of successful work behaviour and give more chance to enjoy the work.

The leverage effect is clarified with some examples of successful resilient work behaviour.
