You notice that you are personally affected by the work you have to do.

You mainly see problems and fewer solutions.

You find it difficult to keep your focus on the goals of your organization on the one hand and to pay attention to the people you have to work with on the other.

Decisions about changes are sometimes easy, but sometimes also difficult.

Your style of communication is not always tactful or very focused on pleasing the other person.

You want to become more solution-oriented and proactive instead of reactive.

You want to understand and be able to anticipate tasks that are stressful for you.

You want to provide more thorough leadership to colleagues or employees.

You want a better work-life balance.

The approach:

At the start of this coaching process, your chances of resilient successful professional action will be mapped out and you will be supported to convert your current approach behaviour into more desired professional work behaviour.

The steps:

​

  1. Sign In. After a short (online) intake, you complete an online personality questionnaire.

  2. After the analysis by the coach, aimed at your change question, the report is used to discuss which personal qualities you can use as a strength, which you may not have used yet,  which work situations pose risks and what work behaviour you should try to avoid.

​

Time span and cost:

​

After registration, the analysis will be made within two weeks after you have completed the online questionnaire. In two coaching conversations (approximately 2 hours per conversation) the chances of resilient successful professional progression are discussed and suggestions are given to use your desired work behaviour.

​

Costs € 875 (approximately 3x 1.5 hour conversation)

 

Possible sequel:

​

  1. For the implementation of professional progression, you can make agreements about coaching for a spoken progression process (at additional costs).

  2. You can work out your progression trajectory with the help of available self-study modules on the website.
